I am teaching a workshop on Designing Physical Interactions for Music with Roger Linn. The workshop will be at Stanford University’s Center for Computer Research in Music and Acoustics (CCRMA), from June 24 - 28 and registration is still open. It has been 2 years since I taught this course and it is great to a) come back to it with fresh eyes and b) be teaching it with one of the most generous and pioneering people in the field.
I am really excited to be reflecting on the work that I have done, rethinking the kind of work that I want to do in the future and reorganizing my contribution to the collective body of DIY knowledge.
It has been 3 years since I updated this website. A lot has happened in that time… I have now created a plan for organizing all of the work that I am just now getting around to posting, I have the beginnings of a blog section, and I am collating many of the resources that I have posted around the interwebs over the years into a single space that will hopefully be more cohesive and more current. If you are just now checking out this website and find things in a transitionary state, please bear with me, I can assure you that there is a method to the madness.
